This privacy policy applies to the Chrome extensions published by Nixfire Digital, including Terms Shield and Tab Bankruptcy.

Data Collection

Our extensions do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All processing happens locally in your browser.

What We Don't Do

• We do not track your browsing history
• We do not use cookies or analytics
• We do not send any data to external servers
• We do not sell or share any user data
• We do not use remote code

Local Storage

Our extensions use Chrome's local storage API (chrome.storage.local) to save your preferences and history (such as scan results in Terms Shield or saved tab groups in Tab Bankruptcy). This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

Permissions

Our extensions request only the minimum permissions necessary to function:

• activeTab: To read the content of the current page for analysis
• storage: To save results locally on your device
• scripting: To run the analysis script on relevant pages

Changes

If we ever change this policy, we will update this page. We will never start collecting data without explicit user consent.
